Core Qualifications:Salesforce Platform Fundamentals: In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture, including standard and custom data models, security models (profiles, roles, permission sets), and declarative automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.Programming Proficiency: Expertise in Apex for business logic and triggers, JavaScript for front-end development, Visualforce for custom UI, and SOQL for efficient data querying.Lightning Web Components (LWC): Practical experience in building scalable, responsive, and reusable UI components using Salesforce Lightning frameworks.APIs & Integrations: Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, including middleware solutions like MuleSoft.Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Strong understanding of OOP concepts such as inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction applied in Apex and JavaScript.Database Knowledge: Solid grasp of relational database concepts, data normalization, and SQL, with hands-on application in Salesforce data architecture.DevOps & Deployment: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Salesforce deployment tools (change sets, SFDX, etc.).Testing & Quality Assurance: Ability to write robust Apex unit tests, ensuring code coverage while adhering to best practices for test-driven development.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.

This dynamic position blends strategic consulting with in-depth Salesforce expertise, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
Your responsibilities will include partnering with clients to gather business requirements and translating these into effective Salesforce solutions. You will design, configure, and optimize Salesforce implementations across various clouds such as Sales, Service, and Commerce. Leading or supporting system integrations and enhancements will also be a key part of your role, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
In addition, you will provide strategic insights on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and roadmap planning. Your efforts will also focus on promoting user adoption through comprehensive documentation, training, and change management initiatives, ensuring that solutions are of high quality, scalable, and aligned with client goals.
