Qualifications
Manage systems and tooling requirements for business teams supported by RevTech, including Sales, Partners, Renewals, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support, using cloud-based tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), PRM (Partner Portal), Salesforce Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud (Customer Portal).Evaluate current business requests, triage and prioritize them, troubleshoot and debug issues, identify potential solutions, write SOQL/SOSL queries, and perform data loads. Execute permission and configuration changes in cloud systems and promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.Act as the technical product owner for Revenue tools, continuously developing a roadmap and collaborating with the Engineering team to execute it.Swiftly address system impacts to ensure business continuity.Work closely with business partners including Revenue, Channel Partners, Field Teams, RevOps, FinOps, Enterprise Technology, and R&D to promptly address system issues and change requests, ensuring scalable cloud solutions.Collaborate with the data and integrations team to establish monitoring capabilities for cloud tools.

The Enterprise Technology team plays a critical role in providing insights through data and the technical systems that empower our teams to meet their goals. We collaborate across various business units at Asana to ensure they receive the necessary data and technical support to thrive.
This position is office-based with a hybrid schedule, where our standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most team members have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays, while Friday remote work depends on the nature of the work and team collaboration.
