About the Role:
Join Kao as a District Educator, where you will represent our esteemed Kao Salon Brands throughout Atlantic Canada. In this full-time position, you will enhance our brand's presence by designing and implementing educational programs tailored for hairstylists, both within salons and at select venues across the region.
Your Territory: This role covers Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and occasionally Quebec.
Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000, supplemented by bonus opportunities and a car allowance.
Your Responsibilities:
Field Education Activities:
- Conduct in-salon education sessions as needed.
- Promote and facilitate advanced training at designated venues.
- Craft educational plans for top-tier clients in your territory.
- Establish an efficient route plan for territory visits.
- Provide educational support across Canada as directed by the Senior Education Manager.
Collaboration with the Sales Team:
- Lead initiatives on education programs for your territory.
- Train Distributor Sales Teams on new product offerings.
- Identify and report potential sales leads within and beyond your territory.
Support for Independent Contractor Educators:
- Act as the primary contact for local Goldwell KMS and Kerasilk Artists.
- Delegate educational classes to local Artists as per salon requests.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and certification of new local artists in the area.
