Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP MES rollouts directly from the business unit.
Collaborate with departments and IT to design laboratory processes.
Systematically assess existing workflows and evaluate future MES processes from the lab's perspective.
As a production expert, provide all necessary information for the rollout, from machine overviews to process-related requirements.
Serve as the primary contact for SAP MES and EWM within the lab, acting as a liaison between IT and laboratory staff.
Advise departments on optimal utilization of SAP MES and EWM and support end-users as the first-level support.
Analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization projects independently.
Create training materials and conduct employee training sessions.
