The SAP Project Associate Director plays a critical role in providing technical leadership and support across various projects and tasks. Acting as the project director and primary contact for enterprise-wide IT business solutions, this position involves coordinating project activities, managing personnel, and ensuring effective planning and execution of IT support initiatives.
- Oversee and manage project personnel
- Assist in developing an integrated master schedule
- Direct and coordinate all project-related tasks
- Plan and implement all IT project support activities
- Act as the daily contact point for enterprise-wide IT business solutions
- Relay project plans, progress reports, resource allocations, and deliverables to customer executive management
- Address project issues pertaining to service quality, contractual obligations, and performance metrics
- Offer technical and functional guidance to the project team, identifying opportunities for technological enhancements
- Authorize modifications to project scope or schedule
- Make staffing decisions for crucial team roles
- Stay informed on project status and provide guidance as needed
- Establish overall policy direction for the project
