Join our dynamic team at Talworx as a SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environment. Your expertise will guide you in configuring and optimizing system settings for enhanced performance and stability.
Key responsibilities include managing integrations between SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and various third-party applications. You will handle incident management and service requests in strict alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while leveraging SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for monitoring, diagnostics, and automation.
Further, you will support system upgrades, patch management, and ensure security compliance, optimizing Fiori applications, key user tools, and API-based integrations. Adhering to SAP best practices and cloud security standards is paramount in this role.
