Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in implementing Recruiting and/or Onboarding projects.Experience in complete implementation cycles of SuccessFactors modules.Strong functional knowledge of digital selection and onboarding processes.Familiarity with the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem and its integrations.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and onboarding workflows.Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.Official certification in SAP SuccessFactors – Recruiting and/or Onboarding is highly desirable.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English is a plus.
