Your Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and oversee complex schedules for large construction projects in the Life Sciences sector.
Ensure accuracy, validity, and completeness of the schedules while creating progress reports and dashboards for project reporting.
Identify and analyze deviations and propose corrective measures.
Conduct risk analyses and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate internal and external schedules, liaise with suppliers, and evaluate their approaches and control systems.
Support the project team in budget planning and cost estimations.
Ensure compliance with relevant quality and compliance standards.
In your interface role, promote effective and structured communication with project management, internal client departments, and external planning teams.
