Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial behavioral health evaluations and provide psychotherapy for children and adults in an outpatient setting.
Facilitate a minimum of five (5) therapy groups each week.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, accepting warm hand-offs from primary care providers and identifying patients in need of behavioral health services.
Consult with internal and external providers regarding treatment plans and patient progress.
Coordinate with psychiatric consultants for diagnostic needs and medication management referrals.
Participate in clinical team and component meetings as required.
Meet annual productivity standards focused on delivering high-quality clinical care.
Encourage clients to express their feelings and gain insights into their lives.
Provide crisis intervention and assess immediate safety concerns, including risks of homicide, suicide, and domestic violence.
Guide clients in developing skills to achieve their treatment goals.
Create and implement treatment plans in compliance with clinical standards.
Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and make necessary adjustments to therapy approaches.
