About the job
Become a valued member of the Cortica team as a School Behavior Technician
Empower students, support families, and elevate the standard of neurodevelopmental care.
Cortica is in search of a compassionate and dedicated School Behavior Technician (SBT) to provide individualized behavior support for students with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences within school environments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with educators, families, and Cortica’s clinical team to foster student success throughout the school day.
Founded to address the fragmented journey families often encounter when seeking therapies for their children, Cortica integrates neurology, evidence-based therapies, and technology into a unified care model, delivering transformative neurodevelopmental care—one child, one family, and one community at a time.
As part of our mission, we proudly partner with local schools to offer ABA therapy in educational settings, further demonstrating our commitment to supporting children not only in clinics and homes but also in the environments where they learn and thrive.

This position operates on a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, with required availability from 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM. Actual working hours may vary based on student needs, but you will receive a minimum of 4 hours of paid work per day, provided you remain available and accept assignments.
