Constellation Schools is on the lookout for an experienced School Office Manager to oversee essential administrative functions in Cleveland, Ohio. This role serves as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and the community, ensuring a positive and organized school environment.
The School Office Manager collaborates closely with the Principal to manage inquiries, maintain accurate student records, assist with human resources, and fulfill various clerical needs, all in compliance with the Federal Educational Records Privacy Act (FERPA).
The ideal candidate will:
- Work alongside school leadership to achieve objectives and foster a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Manage all school communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions, which includes:
- Answering phone calls professionally.
- Greeting and directing visitors and students at the office.
- Implementing registration, badging, and visiting procedures for parents and guests.
