Position Overview
We are in search of a proactive Scientist II focused on Cell Line Engineering and CRISPR Screening, possessing robust experience in cell line engineering, CRISPR screening techniques, and data interpretation to bolster our drug discovery initiatives. The selected candidate will play a vital role in target validation and functional genomics to expedite the creation of innovative therapeutics.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and validate intricate mammalian cell line models (including gene knock-in) customized for target identification and drug screening, utilizing Landing Pad, CRISPR/Cas9, and lentiviral methodologies.
- Design and perform pooled and arrayed CRISPR knockout and activation screens in relevant disease models. Expertise in CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, encompassing sgRNA design, lentiviral packaging, transduction, and validation of knockout, knock-in, or gene activation constructs.
