Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize high-dimensional datasets (e.g., mutational scanning, NGS-based phenotypic screens) and computational techniques—including structural modeling, sequence analysis, and machine learning—to advance antigen and immunogen engineering.
Enhance and refine computational models integrating screening data with structural and sequence-based attributes to steer biomolecule engineering.
Formulate hypotheses and design analytical frameworks to assess new immunization strategies in partnership with experimental teams.
Identify, evaluate, and curate external datasets pertinent to vaccine design and antigen optimization.
Create reproducible computational tools and workflows for data-driven product design, integrating seamlessly into broader platform frameworks.
Collaborate with engineers, computational scientists, and experimentalists to achieve project objectives and ensure the smooth integration of computational insights.
Engage with immunology and characterization teams to interpret vaccine immunogenicity utilizing next-generation immune monitoring and antibody profiling methodologies.
Effectively communicate findings and insights across scientific and cross-functional teams.
Address complex scientific challenges with creativity and perseverance, adapting rapidly to emerging data.
