We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to lead our agile teams in delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the scrum framework, including its artifacts and techniques, and will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, project management skills, and a capacity for facilitating change. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the scope, timeline, and budget of initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction through value delivery.
- Guide Release Planning, support quarterly Program Increment Planning, coordinate sprints, lead retrospectives, and ensure effective daily standups.
- Coach team members in agile frameworks and software development lifecycle processes, encouraging self-organization and discipline.
- Facilitate internal communication and collaboration within and outside the team.
- Provide regular status updates to management, directors, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-prioritized and groomed backlog.
- Encourage discussion, decision-making, and resolution of conflicts.
- Identify and eliminate impediments to progress.
- Work with agile coaches to enhance the team's agile maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Create a trusting and open environment for problem identification and resolution.
- Exemplify servant leadership.
- Provide performance feedback, coaching, and professional development to scrum team members in collaboration with Engineering Leads and Delivery Managers.
