The Role…
As a Head Bartender at Soho House, you will be instrumental in managing the daily beverage service, ensuring high standards of presentation, and providing an exquisite experience for our members and guests. Collaborating closely with the Bar Manager, you will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional mixology skills, comprehensive product knowledge, and outstanding guest service.
Your key responsibilities will include training junior staff, maintaining stock and cleanliness standards, and assisting in the development and execution of innovative beverage menus, all while ensuring the bar runs smoothly and adheres to the club's elevated service culture.
