Foster and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and management while completing all checklists associated with trained processes from Club School.
Enhance the dining experience by recommending food and drink pairings and discussing specials to increase sales through approachable communication and high service standards.
Communicate with management and the Executive Chef regarding any allergies or potential concerns to proactively manage risks during service.
Complete checkout reports at the end of each shift with verification from management.
Follow all health and safety regulations along with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
Accommodate guest requests and suggest alternative solutions that better meet business needs, consulting with management when appropriate.
Ensure timely plating and serving of food orders to members and guests.
Assist runners and bussers with service bar tickets to facilitate all table orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the server alley and bar area, including polishing silverware and glassware as needed.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu to provide suggestions to members and guests upon request.

Your ability to engage with members and guests, adhering to Soho House Service Standards, is paramount in creating an inviting and elevated atmosphere. This role is integral to ensuring outstanding service and overall guest satisfaction. You will also collaborate with team members, manage pre-service and post-service tasks, accurately input orders into the POS system, and remain attentive during service to accommodate any additional requests from members or guests.
A successful Server embodies a positive and influential attitude, demonstrates attention to detail, adheres to processes, and maintains flexibility while working under pressure to ensure clear communication between the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff.
