As an Experienced Passenger and Cargo Charter Sales Consultant, your primary responsibilities will encompass a range of activities, including:
- Acquiring, nurturing, and retaining new business opportunities.
- Overseeing the entire charter process from the initial inquiry through to successful completion.
- Utilizing established industry relationships while actively seeking new revenue opportunities via strategic prospecting and networking.
- Negotiating charter terms with aircraft operators to ensure competitive pricing and optimal aircraft availability.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of global charter markets, aircraft availability, and operator performance metrics.
- Delivering exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the local charter business.
- Representing the organization within critical client and industry networks.
- Mentoring and developing junior brokers as the team expands.
- Collaborating with senior leadership on long-term growth initiatives and team development.
