Qualifications
As a Second Chef, you will be tasked with executing and producing the menu in accordance with the recipes and operational standards of the Group.Participate in the daily production of your department's menu, following the operational standards and recipes of the Group.Collaborate with the team and your direct supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow and prompt resolution of issues.Immediately inform your supervisor of any problems or shortages of materials at your station.Guide and advise your subordinates for a smooth workflow.Adhere to the required ISO procedures and ensure proper application of hygiene and safety regulations at your position.
