As a Security Analyst II, you will provide essential support to our Security Services team with meticulous attention to detail.
- Research, analyze, and document security findings.
- Influence team discussions by explaining facts, policies, and best practices.
- Assist in the analysis of alerts from IDS, log-based alerts, SIEM, and endpoint detection tools.
- Monitor alerts and tickets, assisting in threat analysis, resolution, and escalation as necessary.
- Oversee multiple cybersecurity systems for breaches and suspicious activities.
- Support SIEM rule modifications and system configuration management.
- Identify problems through workflow analysis.
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand processes and deliverables.
- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and security practices.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and assist in partner communications and resolutions.
- Follow escalation procedures within the Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Maintain consistent threat handling and remediation processes.
