The Security and Safety Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and secure environment across all Distribution Centers (DCs). This position emphasizes hazard prevention, adherence to regulatory standards, and the development of employee safety protocols while effectively overseeing security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive daily safety inspections and risk assessments throughout all DCs.
- Achieve a goal of zero repeat accidents by proactively addressing hazards and incidents.
- Supervise CCTV operations and security personnel, providing regular operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (licenses, Civil Defense, Municipality, SFDA, etc.).
- Implement and periodically review compliance plans to enhance safety standards.
- Monitor employee safety performance and enforce adherence to safe work practices.
- Develop and track action plans aimed at eliminating unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Control site access and enforce protocols for visitors and entry.
- Oversee the implementation of safety training and monitor completion rates.
- Review staff qualifications monthly and support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure comprehensive training in general safety procedures for all personnel.
