About the Role (What You'll Be Doing)
As the Security Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Trust Team, comprising IT, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure, at Eucalyptus. You will be responsible for leading our security engineering initiatives that safeguard the privacy and dignity of patients utilizing our healthcare services. Reporting directly to the Head of Security and Infrastructure, you will oversee security engineering operations and provide team leadership.
This is an exciting time to join Eucalyptus as we undergo significant business transformation and expand internationally. Your initial six months will focus on scaling our security engineering frameworks and processes across new markets and integrating security within our AI adoption strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the security engineering roadmap and its implementation. Establish quarterly and annual objectives, prioritize project execution, and manage day-to-day operations through established processes.
