About the job
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests, visitors, employees, and their belongings while on the premises.
- Evaluate the challenges faced by the Security Department and devise effective solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, theft, and pilferage.
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures and ensure adherence by the security team.
- Report any issues that may affect the interests of Accor to the Management.
- Assist in managing the Front Office Department or any other department when required, as directed by the General Manager, beyond regular duties.
