Qualifications
Education & Training: A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Active BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire. Candidates must secure Maryland State Police approval and obtain a Maryland Security Guard Card within the same timeframe; a current Maryland Security Guard Card is preferred.Work Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in military, security, or law enforcement is preferred.Skills & Abilities: Proficient in reading, writing, analyzing, and interpreting security reports. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to varied situations are essential. Ability to interpret instructions in various formats is required. Candidates must perform well under pressure during emergencies and demonstrate exceptional service excellence skills.
