About the Role
We are seeking a collaborative and articulate Security Success Engineer with strong organizational skills and a robust technical understanding of Veeam products. This role is all about maximizing customer success through both soft and technical skills. You will work closely with Customer Success Engineers (CSEs) and Account Executives (AEs) to ensure optimal outcomes for our security-related products and use cases within the Veeam Data Platform (VDP). Your responsibilities will include leading readiness checks, data modeling, and risk discussions with CISO/CIO stakeholders, as well as monitoring telemetry and maturity against the Veeam Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM) to enhance posture and identify growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers on security-related architectures and risk topics within the Veeam Data Platform (VDP).
- Conduct readiness checks and lead data modeling efforts to validate solution designs and facilitate quicker decision-making.
- Monitor attack surfaces and vulnerabilities, track telemetry, identify trends, and capture health check opportunities.
- Validate architectural designs to mitigate risks and expedite time-to-value for our customers.
- Identify and communicate expansion opportunities; analyze consumption trends and organize checkpoint reviews in collaboration with AEs.
- Collaborate with CISO/CIO stakeholders for risk assessments and opportunity discussions, synthesizing inputs from account health and CSE-led QBRs.
- Support AEs in security and AI-driven expansion initiatives; influence roadmap priorities alongside CSE counterparts.
- Operate as a pooled resource across Enterprise accounts.
