Who are we hiring?
The Security Supervisor and Driver will be responsible for ensuring a premier guest experience by overseeing event security operations. This role emphasizes collaboration across venues and functions to efficiently execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Success will be demonstrated through the establishment of a secure setting that enhances guest satisfaction, ongoing personal development, and achievement of business objectives. The Security Supervisor will report directly to the Sphere Security Manager.
What will you do?
- Supervise and lead security personnel on a daily basis.
- Develop and engage front-line team members to ensure they deliver outstanding guest experiences in a safe environment. Collaborate effectively with other departments, particularly during emergencies and crises.
- Provide logistical support and transportation for executives, guests, and their families.
- Implement proactive safety measures for clients, including advance work and information gathering.
- Assess traffic and road conditions to plan alternate routes for timely arrivals.
- Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle, both interior and exterior.
