This position is entirely field-based and involves face-to-face interactions. You will meet with business owners to understand their operations and recommend solutions that genuinely enhance their ability to grow.
No prior experience in payments is required! If you have a customer-facing background, excel at building rapport, enjoy problem-solving, and are driven to succeed, you can thrive in this role.
Earning Potential
Your income is directly tied to your efforts:
- Average upfront value per business: ~£500
- Earn 50% upfront commission for each sign-up
- Receive 25% recurring income from each business for up to 5 years
- Approximately 75% of a customer’s total value is paid in the first year
- Extra commission on hardware sales (card machines, POS systems, etc.)
