- As a Self Storage Manager, you'll have the autonomy to oversee multiple locations, balancing time between indoor and outdoor environments.
- Identify customer storage requirements and provide tailored recommendations, including the sale of packing and moving materials.
- Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure readiness for rental by verifying inventory and availability.
- Manage financial transactions by auditing cash drawers and processing bank deposits as part of your daily responsibilities.
- Assist in maintaining customer payment schedules through reminders and collection calls as necessary.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to walk throughout the facility, spending up to 50% of the time outdoors, including climbing stairs and maneuvering large doors.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and mopping interior spaces, and ensuring the exterior grounds are kept clean and appealing.
