- As a Self Storage Manager, you will enjoy the independence of managing multiple locations, with opportunities to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Engage with customers to assess their storage needs and provide tailored solutions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies.
- Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory accuracy and availability, ensuring spaces are always ready for new rentals.
- Manage financial transactions, including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of your daily responsibilities.
- Assist customers in staying current with their payments by making reminder and collection calls when necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to navigate facilities and spend up to 50% of your time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness through daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and keeping exterior grounds clean and free of debris.
