Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Property Managers should be comfortable walking throughout the facilities and spending up to 50% of their time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and mopping interior areas while maintaining the exterior grounds and curb appeal, are part of the role.
