- As a Self Storage Manager, you will operate independently across multiple locations, engaging with customers both indoors and outdoors.
- Your role involves assessing customer storage needs, providing tailored recommendations, and promoting packing and moving supplies.
- Conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready for rental.
- Manage cash handling by auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of routine operations.
- Assist customers in staying current with payments through reminder notices and collection calls when necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to navigate the facilities, spending up to 50% of your time outdoors, which includes climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring both interior areas and exterior grounds are well-kept and free from debris.
