Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete sales process from initial contact through to deal closure.Implement strategies to develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline through effective account management and proactive outreach that drives revenue growth each quarter.Foster a collaborative culture where team members support each other's success, ensuring collective health and achievement.Serve as the subject matter expert in conveying the value of the Kahoot! at Work suite and guide the sales process effectively.Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team, Sales Engineering team, Product team, and the broader commercial team to define business objectives and use cases that ensure optimal business outcomes for our clients.Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to track and document all account activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of quotations, account activities, opportunities, and leads.Deliver regular business pipeline reports and forecasts, including ad-hoc reports as necessary.Equip customers with resources on the product, including developing presentations, customer pitches, and demos; attend external sales events when required.Educate and support the Americas Sales team on internal products and tools that facilitate revenue generation.Adhere to processes and procedures within the team, including submitting invoices on supplier portals, ensuring tax compliance, and handling other administrative tasks relevant to our customers.Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

The position is based in our Austin, Texas office, where we expect our team members to be present in the office at least four days a week. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales.
