About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a results-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our expanding Account Management team at Together, an Absorb company. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in our Net Revenue Retention (NRR) model, focusing on both safeguarding and enhancing revenue within your portfolio.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee a diverse book of business, managing the entire renewal and expansion lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include nurturing robust customer relationships, fostering product adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining disciplined forecasting for sustainable revenue performance. This position is perfect for an ambitious SaaS Account Management professional eager to develop essential skills and advance to more strategic and complex account management roles.

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee all renewal processes and outcomes for your assigned accounts.
Ensure high Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and achieve over 100% Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Identify and secure incremental expansion opportunities linked to product adoption metrics.
Encourage customers to transition to multi-year agreements to enhance long-term retention and account stability.
Develop and maintain foundational account plans focusing on customer success outcomes.
Create effective stakeholder maps and manage daily customer relationships.
