The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to become a key member of our dynamic team, focusing on our mid-market customer segment. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients post-implementation, ensuring they receive exceptional value from their Buildout package. As a quota-carrying Account Manager, you will be responsible for renewals and expansions within a substantial portfolio, collaborating across departments to resolve customer issues and enhance their experience with our tools. Your motivation to drive customer success will be instrumental in aligning their objectives with our product offerings.
Your Contributions
Revenue Generation
Manage renewal and expansion quotas across strategic accounts, cultivating multifaceted relationships, proactively identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and executing successful retention strategies.
Sales Cycle Management
Oversee the complete expansion sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, value selling, negotiating, and closing deals—while aligning renewal pricing and timelines with stakeholder expectations.
Account Strategy & Adoption
Develop strategic account plans that align customer objectives with Buildout's workflows, monitor account health using tools such as Salesforce and Planhat, identify potential churn signals, and propose adoption strategies that enhance long-term value.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Act as an internal advocate for customers by working closely with Product, Support, Implementation, Finance, and Customer Success Operations to address issues, provide insights, develop scalable resources, and improve customer outcomes.
