Your Role as Senior Account Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to cultivate strategic client relationships and spearhead new commercial opportunities. This senior position requires expertise in account management, business development, and solution selling. You’ll be responsible for managing key partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and converting client needs into successful commercial solutions.
Collaboration with operations, customer success, and marketing teams is essential as you contribute to Peddler’s ongoing growth. Ideal candidates will be commercially minded, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of their results.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts in retail, advertising, and hospitality sectors.
- Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Lead new business initiatives from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Develop customized commercial proposals and account plans.
- Collaborate with operations and customer-facing teams to ensure exceptional delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to pinpoint commercial opportunities.
- Represent Peddler in client meetings, trade events, and industry conferences.
