Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to cultivate and expand customer relationships following the sales process. This foundational position is pivotal in fostering renewals, expansions, and long-term customer success.
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring customer retention, identifying opportunities for account growth, reducing churn risks, and establishing robust, trust-based relationships.
This position is perfect for someone who is commercially savvy, excels in relationship management, and is eager to help establish the Account Management function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customers
- Be the main point of contact for all commercial discussions.
- Facilitate renewals
- Oversee the entire renewal process, from early identification of risks to securing renewals.
- Provide accurate forecasting and consistently achieve renewal targets.
- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with clients to explore new use cases and avenues for growth.
- Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to enhance account value.
- Forge strong customer relationships
- Build multi-threaded connections across various stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to drive customer outcomes.
- Ensure alignment across teams to facilitate success.
