Join Precision AQ International! We are excited to expand our team and are in search of a talented Senior Account Manager to contribute to our Brand/Promotion division in the UK. This is a fully remote position, with the option to work from our offices in Salisbury or London.
Role Overview: The Senior Account Manager (SAM) plays a crucial role within our account teams, either collaborating with a (Senior) Account Director or Associate Director on larger accounts or independently managing smaller accounts. The SAM is pivotal in ensuring the smooth, profitable execution of projects, overseeing resources and budgets, preparing client reports, and coordinating internal schedules. The SAM will also identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and communicate these to account leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage smaller accounts with revenues ranging from £50,000 to £80,000, while providing support to senior team members on larger accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress.
- Prepare and present weekly status reports, ensuring that projects adhere to established timelines.
- Oversee the creation and execution of project materials as directed by the account lead.
- Coordinate with Creative, Digital, Client Services, and Editorial teams to ensure a seamless workflow, including timely procurement of external resources as needed.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs through meticulous accuracy and quality control checks.
- Assist the account lead in collecting feedback and assessing client satisfaction post-project.
Financial Management:
- Take charge of the financial performance of all projects under your management, including developing realistic budgets and conducting ongoing reviews.
- Collaborate with the account lead and finance team to evaluate service levels (budget vs. actual hours) and drive improvements.
