As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as a catalyst for business growth. Your role will involve forging strategic partnerships that optimize revenue, enhance partner profitability, and improve user experiences. You'll have full ownership of your portfolio, working independently while synergizing with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.
THE JOURNEY
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Glovo’s partners, focusing on long-term collaboration and business expansion.
- Identify partner needs, challenges, and opportunities, delivering customized solutions to boost performance.
- Utilize partner data to craft and execute tailored strategies for revenue enhancement and operational efficiency.
- Lead negotiations on contractual terms, including commissions, promotional campaigns, and exclusivity agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, tech) to tackle challenges, drive initiatives, and streamline processes.
- Manage KPIs such as GMV growth, operational performance, and user satisfaction, employing reporting tools to monitor progress and make informed decisions.
- Design and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) to align on common objectives and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Engage actively with churned or inactive partners to implement effective re-engagement strategies.
