Role Overview
In your role as a Senior Account Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring the success of our client relationships. From conducting quarterly business reviews to driving collaborative product expansions and renewals with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients exceed their objectives through the use of interface.ai's solutions. You will collaborate closely with New Business Account Executives, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), product teams, and support to ensure our clients achieve success, satisfaction, and enhanced partnerships with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner for clients throughout their journey with interface.ai - from onboarding to renewals and product expansions that will enhance client success.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products that can enhance client success, such as Voice AI, Employee AI, and Chat AI in collaboration with the sales team.
- Own and strategize for upcoming renewals in advance.
- Utilize client interactions and performance KPIs to pinpoint opportunities for proactive support, product adoption, and upselling.
