Role Overview
As a Senior Account Manager for Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in our sales strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Serving as the primary relationship manager for one of our largest clients globally, you will oversee onboarding and product expansion, unlocking new value and acting as a trusted advisor. Your responsibilities include addressing day-to-day inquiries, identifying trends and risks, and collaborating internally to deliver proactive solutions. Your goal is to maximize client lifetime value and enhance operational excellence, while shaping product strategies through deep customer insights.
