We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to serve as an advocate for our clients, guiding them in maximizing the use of our powerful open data tools throughout their engagement with us. In this role, you will ensure that clients effectively utilize our products to fulfill their strategic business objectives. You will possess a personable yet analytical approach, adeptly harnessing both policy knowledge and technical expertise to set up and execute tailored software projects while nurturing strong, individual relationships with clients to drive contract renewals and expansions.

Our Account Management team is dedicated to transforming clients into champions of our brand. We commit ourselves to thoroughly understanding client goals, optimizing workflows, and implementing solutions that facilitate the successful adoption of our platform across all user groups. Recognizing that our clients' insights are invaluable, we integrate their feedback into our product development process and collaborate closely with Business Development and Marketing to showcase successful case studies to both our internal team and the broader market. The members of our team are versatile professionals, equipped to intelligently address any inquiries from clients.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - 94,000 per year base salary.
