Senior Account Manager / Executive – ANZ (Australia)

Your Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers across the ANZ region by developing a pipeline from the ground up through outbound strategies, partnership ecosystems, and market analysis.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from the first contact to contract closure, collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Create tailored proposals and compelling business cases that communicate clear ROI aligned with customer objectives.
- Partner with various stakeholders across Vonage’s ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce) to broaden reach and expedite deal closure.
Account Management & Growth
- Develop and implement a robust growth strategy for an assigned portfolio of accounts, focusing on managing larger accounts valued between $50k and $500k ARR.
- Encourage adoption of Vonage’s UCaaS and CCaaS products by aligning solutions with customer business goals.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in IT, operations, and customer experience.
- Identify and convert opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance revenue streams.
