Key Responsibilities:
Formulate detailed strategies for assigned clients to meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Uncover new sales opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
Organize and lead regular client meetings and seminars, incorporating technical demonstrations with Application Scientists to build trust with prospective and current customers.
Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements and service contracts, overseeing the complete sales process from proposal to contract execution and implementation support.
Implement customer satisfaction initiatives and retention strategies post-implementation.
Research drug discovery trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the Japanese market.
Provide consistent performance updates and market insights to our US headquarters.
Work with Marketing to strategize and execute Japan-focused events and campaigns.
