In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Account Lead Partner, spearheading account management initiatives and driving business development efforts aligned with our strategic go-to-market plan. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical part in formulating and executing account strategies, cultivating leads, pursuing new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key clients, all while ensuring high-quality proposals and submissions. This role requires seamless collaboration with various functional and solutions teams both regionally and globally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities in line with our opportunity management framework.
- Project manage qualified opportunities, coordinating closely with bid and solutions teams, and contribute to proposal development for medium and large-scale opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with local and international client teams, showcasing our optimal capabilities.
- Assist the Lead Partner in fostering comprehensive client relationships.
- Work within the designated account to meet goals, targets, and sales pipelines.
- Drive the development and execution of account plans and strategies.
- Monitor account progress, keeping key stakeholders informed of developments and expected outcomes.
- Facilitate and lead internal meetings related to account management.
