Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, P&L reviews, and balance sheet account reconciliations.Collaborate closely with the operations team to manage Accounts Receivable and Deferred Revenue, identifying trends and issues.Support reporting by preparing quarterly and annual reporting packages.Prepare audit schedules and work alongside auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.Handle special projects and other miscellaneous departmental duties as needed.Qualifications:Thorough knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.Experience with ASC 606 – Revenue from Contracts with Customers.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.2-5 years of accounting experience required, with a preference for candidates from Big 4 or public accounting backgrounds.Experience in a service-based industry is preferred.Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills.Proficient in all MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
