Your Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming payments, handle customer invoices, reconcile open items, and forward payments to the national lottery companies in accordance with contractual agreements and internal guidelines.Act as a reliable point of contact for our partners—especially the national lottery companies, other customers, and internal departments—ensuring transparency in customer accounts within the balance sheet (Dynamics 365 Business Central).Take responsibility for the accurate invoicing of our automated brokerage fees, utilizing modern software solutions.Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly payment runs for defined customers according to contractual agreements.What You Bring:Solid experience in accounts receivable or processing incoming payments.Exceptional accuracy and the ability to maintain oversight even with large amounts of data.Proficient in MS Excel.Ideally, experience in a digital business model with mass transactions.Familiarity with managing automated data flows in accounting systems (e.g., from a product platform).
