Qualifications
Technical and Domain Expertise:Proven experience in Value-Based Care and Accountable Care Organizations.Strong background in healthcare analytics, including financial and clinical metrics (e.g., PMPM, total cost of care, admits per thousand).Familiarity with healthcare data, claims, EMR, and healthcare coding systems (e.g., CPT/HCPCS, POS, Diagnosis).Proficient in building analytics using SAS EG, Visual Analytics, SQL (Snowflake), and Excel.Experience with risk adjustment, HCC, and demographic score data.Compliance with HIPAA regulations is mandatory.Interpersonal Skills:Exceptional ability to communicate complex assessments and insights derived from data, CMS guidelines, and ACO performance indicators to diverse audiences.Proficient in translating analytical findings into clear insights and actionable steps.Strong ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across various teams.

Join our dynamic Medicare Value-Based Care Programs (VBC) Analytics team as a Senior ACO Performance Analytics Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) within the MSSP program. We are looking for a candidate with a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise in VBC analytics.
Your main responsibilities will include monitoring performance metrics in the MSSP program based on predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), communicating both successes and challenges, and delivering actionable insights to ACOs that foster data-driven decision-making, ultimately driving success in the MSSP.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for VBC Analytics.
Design and implement new analytics solutions or leverage existing tools to support Privia ACOs.
Deliver insightful analyses to ACO leadership and operational teams.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and modeling to address specific queries.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of key and evolving MSSP program regulations.
Proactively identify business challenges and leverage data to uncover opportunities and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with Analytics team members and leadership to enhance scalability and efficiency in VBC analytics.
Engage with key stakeholders to fully understand their needs and support critical business decisions in MSSP.
Work effectively within a matrix environment to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
