Excellent planning and organizational skills are essential, alongside the ability to independently manage assigned advisory tasks. As a Senior Geotechnical Advisor at SOCOTEC, you will deliver expert geotechnical consultancy for a diverse range of projects, from small-scale constructions to intricate building excavations and high-rise developments in urban settings, as well as infrastructure projects. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, engineers, and fellow advisors, along with field staff, laboratory teams, and the geo-monitoring department. You will ensure high-quality advisory services, effectively managing project timelines and budget constraints. Engaging with clients, you'll also collaborate with our sales team to develop competitive proposals and contribute to growing and maintaining our client network. Leveraging your expertise, you will mentor junior advisors in their early careers. Actively participating in knowledge management within the advisory department and contributing to nationally active geotechnical committees is also part of your responsibilities.
