We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach with extensive experience in leading agile transformation initiatives at an organizational level. This strategic position will involve collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across Product, Technology, and Business sectors to enhance culture, processes, and value delivery in accordance with agile and Lean principles.
The role will not only facilitate practices but will also be responsible for driving systemic improvements, optimizing workflow, strengthening agile mindsets, and ensuring business-value-oriented prioritization.
You will work with cross-functional teams, technical leaders, and executives, fostering autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead agile transformation processes at the team, program, and organizational levels.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical leaders.
- Design and implement continuous improvement strategies based on Lean principles.
- Optimize workflow through metric analysis, including:
- Lead Time
- Cycle Time
- Throughput
- Work In Progress (WIP)
- Facilitate key ceremonies as necessary and elevate team maturity.
- Promote backlog prioritization aligned with strategic objectives and business value.
- Implement and support agile scaling models as per organizational context.
- Encourage a culture of experimentation, inspection, and adaptation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to remove systemic impediments.
- Align team metrics with business metrics and outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience
- Over 5 years of experience in agile environments.
- Proven experience as a Senior Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
- Experience leading organizational agile transformations.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting non-technical leaders and stakeholders.
Technical and Methodological Knowledge
- Mastery of agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of Lean and flow management.
- Advanced usage and interpretation of agile metrics.
- Value-oriented backlog management and prioritization.
- Familiarity with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.).
- Experience in implementing OKRs (desirable).
