About the Role
As a Senior AI Engineer at AEDGE, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the transformative power of AI to enhance operations and improve lives in some of the most isolated regions of the globe. From the vast mines of Australia to the oil fields of Northern Canada and the coffee plantations of Colombia, you will engage in challenging AI and ML projects that have a global impact. We are looking for enthusiastic AI Engineers with hands-on experience in diverse domains, including real-time computer vision, statistical machine learning, natural language processing, transformers, control and navigation, reinforcement learning, and large-scale distributed AI systems.
Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), Large Language Models (LLM), and agentic systems. You will be tasked with developing ML/DL models tailored to specific problems, preparing datasets for evaluation, assessing model performance, and deploying solutions in production environments. Proficiency in containerization and microservices architecture, along with the capability to independently deploy ML models into production, is essential.
