Qualifications
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions in a production environment.Demonstrated expertise in NLP methodologies, fine-tuning large language models, and conducting model evaluations.Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, as well as ML tools like scikit-learn and Hugging Face.Advanced programming skills in Python and a solid foundation in software engineering principles.Experience in designing and maintaining comprehensive ML pipelines, from data ingestion through to deployment.Hands-on experience with agentic workflows or the development of autonomous AI systems is highly desirable.Familiarity with chatbots, conversational AI, or multi-agent systems is strongly preferred.Experience in data quality management and evaluation metrics in ML systems is an advantage.Strong analytical abilities, creativity, and problem-solving skills are essential.
